What You’ll Do - Advise 40 founders one-on-one through monthly scaling cycles - Advise clients through the Scaling Framework with clarity, focus, and discipline - Build fast, lasting trust through radical candor and high-performance conversations - Provide strategic insight and firm accountability to drive momentum and results - Track progress, remove bottlenecks, and surface opportunities for acceleration - Contribute to the evolution of our strategist systems and member experience - Show up with unreasonable hospitality—every call, every touchpoint, every time Qualifications - You have built or scaled a business yourself—entrepreneurial experience is required - You have high-level coaching and/or consulting experience - You have elite communication skills and command presence - You excel at building deep trust, fast—and leading through clarity and conviction - You can simplify complex strategy and speak the language of serious operators - You are obsessed with results, rhythm, and execution—not fluff - You’re not here to push your own frameworks—you’re here to master and deploy ours - You’re emotionally intelligent, highly disciplined, and action-oriented Requirements - Full-time, exclusive role — Strategists may not engage in outside coaching, consulting, or side businesses - This role includes a 90-day training and probation period to ensure alignment, readiness, and fit. Compensation ramps up during this period, with full salary applied upon successful completion. Role Description The Senior Manager – Analytics & AI Driven Strategy (FRMU) is responsible for leading advanced fraud analytics, AI driven insights, and automation initiatives to enhance proactive fraud detection across Issuing and Acquiring businesses. The role serves as the analytical backbone of FRMU by conducting deep dive analyses, optimizing fraud rules, improving detection models, and driving adoption of AI/Gen AI capabilities to strengthen the bank’s fraud risk posture. The position further oversees MIS governance, regulatory reporting, dashboard development, and data stewardship to ensure timely, accurate, and secure information delivery. The incumbent is expected to lead automation, streamline processes, and collaborate with cross functional teams to provide strategic, data driven intelligence for decision making.
