What You'll Do - Systems & Platform Administration - Own day-to-day support for Go-High Level, Monday.com, Zapier, BambooHR, Zoom, Trainual, and related platforms - Manage user access across tools — onboarding, role changes, and offboarding - Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate as needed - CRM & Data Integrity - Maintain Go-High Level organization: contact management, pipeline hygiene, tagging, and workflow upkeep - Monitor data accuracy across platforms and flag inconsistencies proactively - Process & Documentation - Build and maintain SOPs for internal workflows and systems - Keep internal documentation current as the company evolves - Route operational requests to the right teams and track resolution - Cross-Functional Support - Support marketing, sales, people ops, and program delivery with operational and administrative tasks - Provide basic logistics support for internal meetings and group coaching sessions on Zoom Qualifications - Experience supporting internal teams on CRM or operational platforms — Go-High Level experience - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, Zoom, BambooHR, Zapier, and Trainual (or comparable tools) - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a bias for documentation - Self-directed and reliable — you manage your own workload without needing close supervision - Clear communicator, comfortable working across multiple teams in a remote environment - U.S. based and authorized to work without sponsorship - Preference given to individuals with hands-on experience with large language model platforms, specifically Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT models Benefits - Paid Time Off – Includes vacation days, sick leave, and company holidays - Remote Work Flexibility – Work from the location of your choice (U.S.-based) with the structure, autonomy, and support to thrive
• Analyze our Scaler dataset — strategy call recordings, revenue data, and portal data — to identify meaningful patterns, themes, trends, and correlations. • Study our highest-performing Scalers to extract what differentiates them: the moves they make, what they cut, how their teams reconstitute, and how they raise their floor. • Publish a monthly white paper for the Scaler community on what's working right now — core themes, top-performer behaviors, and measurable outcomes from the last 30 days. • Publish in peer-reviewed academic business journals on a quarterly cadence, building a legitimate research line around the science of scaling. • Lead and guide our data capture — tell us what data we should be collecting from Scalers and strategists, and raise the quality of the dataset over time. • Use AI tools fluently (we use Avoma for call intelligence) to accelerate theme detection and analysis across hundreds of engagements. • Translate findings into digestible, compelling writing — and present them live to our Scaler community at events. • Build the foundation of a long-term research engine and intellectual property base for Scaling.com.
• Advise 40 founders one-on-one through monthly scaling cycles • Advise clients through the Scaling Framework with clarity, focus, and discipline • Build fast, lasting trust through radical candor and high-performance conversations • Provide strategic insight and firm accountability to drive momentum and results • Track progress, remove bottlenecks, and surface opportunities for acceleration • Contribute to the evolution of our strategist systems and member experience • Show up with unreasonable hospitality—every call, every touchpoint, every time
• You produce world-class long-form content, start to finish. 6-minute deep dives. 40-minute case studies. Everything in between. • On the story producer side, you come into a project with a point of view. • On the creative editor side, you execute that story at the highest level. • If a segment needs a match cut of 10 different books for B-roll, you open Higgsfield and create it in minutes – tastefully, not as a technical fill.
Role Description Scaling.com is becoming a research and advising firm — and this role builds the research half of that identity. We are hiring a Ph.D.-level Research Data Scientist to own broader research analysis across our most valuable asset: a unique, constantly evolving dataset of 500+ Scalers actively applying one framework toward a 10x goal. Your mandate is to reverse-engineer the formula. By studying what our Scalers — especially our highest performers — actually do, you will identify the patterns, moves, and correlations that drive extraordinary scaling, and publish those findings on two tracks: - Monthly white papers for our Scaler community - Peer-reviewed articles in academic business journals This is a research lab of one, with room to become a research team you lead. You will work directly with our founders, Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson, who will guide and sharpen your research direction, and alongside our curriculum and data teams day to day. We are looking for someone who self-manages, sets their own research agenda, and treats this dataset as the obsession of their career. - Analyze our Scaler dataset — strategy call recordings, revenue data, and portal data — to identify meaningful patterns, themes, trends, and correlations. - Study our highest-performing Scalers to extract what differentiates them: the moves they make, what they cut, how their teams reconstitute, and how they raise their floor. - Publish a monthly white paper for the Scaler community on what's working right now — core themes, top-performer behaviors, and measurable outcomes from the last 30 days. - Publish in peer-reviewed academic business journals on a quarterly cadence, building a legitimate research line around the science of scaling. - Lead and guide our data capture — tell us what data we should be collecting from Scalers and strategists, and raise the quality of the dataset over time. - Use AI tools fluently (we use Avoma for call intelligence) to accelerate theme detection and analysis across hundreds of engagements. - Translate findings into digestible, compelling writing — and present them live to our Scaler community at events. - Build the foundation of a long-term research engine and intellectual property base for Scaling.com. Qualifications - A Ph.D. candidate, recent Ph.D. graduate, postdoctoral researcher, or early-career professor in business, psychology, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, or a related quantitative field. - Strong quantitative and qualitative research capability — you can design a study, run the analysis, and defend the methodology. - Experience with (or a clear path to) peer-reviewed academic publishing in business or social science journals. - Exceptional writing across registers — rigorous enough for an academic journal, clear enough for a founder reading a white paper. - Fluent with AI-assisted research and analysis tools, and energized by a messy, living dataset rather than a clean archival one. - Genuinely obsessed with what drives business scaling — this is your research lab, not a job between jobs. - You've read The Science of Scaling, you connect with its ideas, and you can work inside our framework and language. - Self-managing and independent — you set the agenda, bring findings forward, and don't wait to be directed. Benefits - Paid Time Off – Includes vacation days, sick leave, and company holidays - Remote Work Flexibility – Work from the location of your choice (U.S.-based) with the structure, autonomy, and support to thrive
Role Description This is a real role. Not a job title we made up to sound innovative. Most editors can cut video together. That's the floor, not the bar. What we're looking for is the person who can do two things at once: - Think through the story — why it's being told, what it's meant to teach, how it serves the goal of helping entrepreneurs 10x their companies. - Execute that story with the technical and editorial precision to make it land. Visually. Emotionally. Commercially. We're building Vox meets TED Education meets Diary of a CEO. Real entrepreneurs. Real numbers. Real stories. Not fluff. Not motivational quotes over stock footage. You're the person who makes that happen. Both sides of it. What Your Days Actually Look Like: - You produce world-class long-form content, start to finish. 6-minute deep dives. 40-minute case studies. Everything in between. - On the story producer side, you come into a project with a point of view. - You've reviewed the interview, identified the narrative spine, and mapped out how the piece should move. - You understand that every editorial decision has a purpose tied to the outcome: 10x this viewer's company through evidence of the framework. - On the creative editor side, you execute that story at the highest level. - You design the graphics, build the motion sequences, and bring in photography and visual treatments that earn their place in the frame. - You choose the pacing, handle color, sound, and every detail in between. - If a segment needs a match cut of 10 different books for B-roll, you open Higgsfield and create it in minutes — tastefully, not as a technical fill. - If the story calls for a data visualization or a framework graphic, you build it. - If a transition needs texture, you create a photo treatment or a motion asset with intent. - AI is the kitchen. You're the chef. Anyone can follow a recipe. You know what it's supposed to taste like. Qualifications - Obsessed with visual storytelling. - A story thinker first. - Fluent across multiple creative disciplines. - Already using AI to create. - A Premiere Pro native. - Self-directed to your core. Requirements - This Role is NOT: - An editor who follows a brief to the pixel and waits to be told what to make. - Someone who needs a mood board and three rounds of feedback before they start. - A generalist who can "also do video" or a prompt engineer who outputs mid content at scale. - A story producer who can't execute technically, or a technical editor who can't think in story. - This Role IS: - A creative editor and story producer who can hold both functions at once. - Someone with genuine taste across video, motion graphics, graphic design, and photography — with opinions about why each element serves the story. - An AI-native builder who treats tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Premiere, and whatever comes out next week as extensions of their brain. - The person who watches a Vox video and can reverse-engineer every editorial and story decision, then build their own version that's just as good. - Someone who moves 3–5x faster than a traditional post team because AI is how they think, not something they bolt on. Benefits - Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary. - Location: Remote, US-based. - Employment Type: Full-time, W-2. - Reports To: Raleigh Norton, Executive Producer. - Primary Tools: Premiere Pro, Higgsfield, MotionVid AI, Claude, Shade Drive, and whatever AI tools you convince us we need. - Start Date: Immediately. - Paid Time Off – Includes vacation days, sick leave, and company holidays. - Remote Work Flexibility – Work from the location of your choice (U.S.-based) with the structure, autonomy, and support to thrive. How to Apply Don't just send a resume. You can, and we'll read it, but it's not exclusively what we want to see. Send us the best thing you've ever made and tell us why it works — both the story decisions and the creative execution. If you used AI, show us how. If you have work that demonstrates your range across video, motion graphics, graphic design, or photography, we want to see that too. If you can look at our current content and tell us exactly what you'd do differently and why, even better. Game recognizes game. If this role is for you, you already know it.
