eCommerce Coordinator

• Maintain and update product SKUs, collections, landing pages, navigation, and internal linking within Shopify. • Manage product images, descriptions, and quality assurance checks across the catalog. • Support CRO by identifying friction points and improving the overall user experience. • Monitor site maintenance and review management tools such as Judge.me. • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and alt text for products and collections. • Manage Booster SEO integration and implement recommendations. • Oversee blog optimization and internal linking strategies. • Support AEO and GEO initiatives. • Track key metrics via Shopify, GA4, Pinterest, and Klaviyo. • Analyze add-to-cart, checkout, purchase events, and product performance data. • Deliver weekly KPI dashboards and actionable insights to leadership. • Support Klaviyo campaign setup, segmentation, and subscriber growth initiatives. • Assist with email flows, lifecycle campaigns, and performance reporting. • Help optimize email campaigns based on analytics insights. • Create, schedule, and optimize pins; track performance against KPIs for Pinterest. • Schedule content, support creation, and monitor engagement for Instagram & TikTok. • Develop content pillars, research trends, and ideate campaigns aligned with brand identity. • Manage customer emails and inquiries, resolving shipping or product-related issues. • Monitor customer experience and keep FAQs updated and accurate. • Maintain SOPs and provide administrative ecommerce support as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, content support, or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce platforms is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational tasks and track performance metrics consistently.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Pinterest Analytics, or other reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with lifestyle, travel, home décor, or ecommerce brands is a nice-to-have.
  • Exposure to AEO/GEO concepts or blog publishing is a bonus.
