Role Description The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for eliciting, documenting and managing functional requirements for portfolio projects. Role Description The PMO Analyst provides critical analytical and coordination support to the PMO Manager, consolidating project performance data across workstreams to enable effective governance and data-driven decisions within a large federal IT program. This role translates cost, schedule, risk, and milestone information into dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide clear visibility into program health for leadership and client stakeholders. In addition to reporting, the PMO Analyst helps enforce PMO standards and operating procedures by maintaining risk, issue, and action logs; monitoring schedule and budget indicators; and supporting governance forums and working sessions. The position also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and maintaining documentation, templates, and playbooks used across the program.
