Role Description As a Business Analyst with ProMach, you will support the success of the company by analyzing and improving processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will collaborate with internal partners to improve business processes and work with the corporate technical team to implement ERP solutions. This position can be located remotely near a ProMach Division (preferably near Athens, GA or Holland, MI) and reports to the Director of Materials for the Primary Business Unit. - Support Materials & Operations Process Stabilization & Improvement: - Perform business process design and requirements definition in conjunction with functional teams. - Define and document requirements for process changes and development needs. - Process mapping, documentation and defining applicable tools to support lean operations. - Demonstrate commitment to Continuous Improvement philosophy including support of all quality, safety, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives. - Assist in operational rollouts and support, as well as ERP implementations. - Support deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation including identifying applications, solution development, implementation, and training/adoption. - Partner with our Primary Packaging divisions to evaluate and implement best practices and ERP standards across the business unit. - Support Materials initiatives such as Cost Savings, Materials Assessment, Inventory Management and Inventory Accuracy. - Support Smartsheet Project Management implementations and user questions. - Support Materials and Aftermarket metrics including distribution and alignment with other business units across ProMach. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders: - Analyze and prioritize requests by identifying existing solutions that optimally address the business needs. - Act as a liaison between functional teams and corporate technical resources for enhancements; provide functional requirements to corporate development team and perform QA testing of requested enhancements. - Provide support to ERP users and work with the corporate technical team for break fixes. Role Description The National Account Manager increases sales of Texwrap, Kayat and Tekkra products through the OEM, Integrator, Channel Partners and direct to large National Accounts. They provide technical and commercial sales support to other sales team members and provide value-based solutions through all channels. Role Description PE Labellers is looking for a new Field Service Technician to join their Service team. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers throughout the life of a machine. You will provide advice and physical assistance to the customer in identifying problems associated with the operation of Federal equipment, as well as offer innovative solutions to make the customer‘s operation function more efficiently and economically. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere west of the Mississippi. This position will be servicing our West Coast customers. - Travel to customers‘ locations to install, start-up, maintain, troubleshoot labeling machines. - Train customers‘ operators and technicians on set-up, operation, change-over and maintenance of the systems. - Work with the customer to ensure they have the parts required to expeditiously repair any ongoing issue as well as have adequate stock of spare components. - Prepare and submit detailed trip reports for the customer and company that identify problem(s) encountered, actions taken to resolve the problem(s), and recommended next steps to fully satisfy the customer‘s service need. - Provide technical assistance to customer both over the phone and via remote connection.
