• Enhances CISO team accomplishments and competencies by planning the delivery of resilient cyber solutions and answering technical questions. • Plans, research, and designs RMF, CSF and Zero Trust architectures for our federal clients. • Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging executive orders (EO14028), security practices and standards, participating in federal opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations. • Develop relationships and pursue opportunities for Alpha Omega’s growth and inclusion on technically transformative efforts for US federal agencies. • Formulate partnerships with key technology and services providers to pursue related opportunities. • Participate in the proposal development, innovative technical content development and color reviews. • Attend industry/community events to increase awareness of Alpha Omega’s capabilities especially Cybersecurity COE services. • Develop and deliver proof of concept, customer demos, presentations, and white papers • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required. • Lead technical teams to develop innovative mission cybersecurity solutions across multiple environments – on-prem, cloud and mobile. • Act as Cyber Security Liaison for leadership team, Client Services, Partners and Customers • Maintain acute awareness of government Cybersecurity standards, laws, guidance from key US federal agencies. • Help with sales support • Work with Cybersecurity Tools • Support the Cybersecurity Capabilities Unit

• Conduct analysis and interpretation of data in SAS. • Enter definitions of variables for survey questionnaires, including variable names, range labels, default values, and question strings. • Generate data retrievals and summary outputs. • Support dissemination and reporting of data to stakeholders. • Write SAS programs to generate surveillance reports. • Provide routine analysis and interpretation of data, data entry, coding, and transcription. • Develop presentation graphics, Including MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Perform literature searches and summarize findings from the resulting literature. • Develop SAS programs for managing and validating data. • Review output from the SAS programs and identify problems in the output (to make corrections in the way data are collected). • Review data error logs, ensuring requested data modifications are performed according to protocol. • Identify errors/omissions of variable formats or labels. • Document problems and proposed corrections before finalizing data set. • Review the quality of weights as indicated. • Document problems with the SAS program and any proposed corrections needed to finalize data. • Review SAS programs generated to create analysis variables for the cycle by comparing code with similar SAS code known to be valid for creating the variable (e.g., from past cycles or another programmer) or by generating cross-tabulations of the variables comprising analysis variables. • Merge data from various sources into spreadsheets; conduct necessary steps to ensure quality of the resulting merge. • Assist with developing data management processes and protocols. • Support development of thematic summaries.

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions across Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Compliance pillars. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business, legal, privacy, records, and security stakeholders to translate policy, regulatory, and operational needs into actionable Purview configurations. • Architect and implement Purview‑based controls including: Data Loss Prevention (endpoint, email, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, cloud apps) Sensitivity labels, labeling policies, and encryption workflows Insider Risk Management policies and analytics Information Barriers and data segregation controls Records Management, Retention/Deletion policies, File Plan mapping eDiscovery Standard/Premium workflows, holds, collections, and review sets Data Lifecycle Management and data residency enforcement. • Establish and maintain the Microsoft Purview Data Map and Data Catalog, ensuring appropriate metadata harvesting, scanning rules, classification schemas, and lineage tracking across cloud and on‑premises data sources. • Conduct data environment assessments, including ROT (redundant, obsolete, trivial) analysis, unclassified vs. controlled data assessments, and large‑scale mapping of file shares, repositories, and tenant‑wide content. • Design and maintain Data Classification frameworks using custom and out‑of‑the‑box classifiers, machine learning classifiers, and sensitive information types. • Implement governance guardrails, policy hierarchies, and compliance baselines to support federal mandates, OMB/NIST standards, agency‑specific directives, and Zero Trust requirements. • Support and lead tenant‑wide migrations, environment consolidation activities, and data cleanup initiatives, including after-hours migration windows when required. • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, operational runbooks, and governance artifacts. • Monitor and respond to compliance alerts, policy violations, and security incidents, recommending remediation actions and driving issue resolution. • Partner with enterprise architecture, information security, data stewards, and M365 engineering to ensure alignment with broader data strategy and platform standards. • Provide guidance and enablement to teams across the organization, including training, knowledge transfer, and best practices for Purview adoption. • Continuously evaluate new Purview features, roadmap releases, and federal compliance requirements to optimize the agency’s data protection posture.
