Senior QA Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright for both UI and API testing • Create, execute, and optimize performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using K6 • Integrate automated and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Harness • Develop repeatable, parameterized testing strategies that support continuous delivery • Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations • Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL and database queries • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure quality and performance requirements are met • Generate performance reports, metrics, and insights to support release readiness and continuous improvement • Drive testing best practices, automation standards, and quality engineering initiatives across teams • Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of testing and performance engineering practices

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Performance Engineering, or related software engineering roles
  • Strong expertise with Playwright, including framework design, test automation, and API testing
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing performance testing solutions using K6
  • Hands-on experience integrating automated and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Harness
  • Strong SQL skills and experience performing data validation and backend testing
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and automation strategies
  • Experience working within Agile development environments
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
