Role Description Lifemark Health Group is seeking a healthcare professional to work as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. This is a remote position with potential for in-person meetings on an annual basis. Role Description Automation/Manual Tester is responsible for planning, executing, and automating test activities across APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. The role validates functional, regression, and integration requirements while supporting performance, security, and compliance needs in a federal healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities - Manual Testing - Create and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements. - Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing. - Validate API responses, data accuracy, and error handling. - Execute test scenarios across multiple systems and environments. - Log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. - Test Automation - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for APIs and applications. - Automate regression and smoke test suites. - Execute automated tests and analyze results. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable. - Maintain reusable automation components and test data. - Extensive hands-on experience with Python-based test automation frameworks. - Proven experience integrating AI tools into QA workflows for test generation, analysis, and automation acceleration. - Hands-on experience using VS Code and modern development and debugging tools. - Familiarity with AI-assisted IDE capabilities, including VS Code Instructions and custom AI-driven workflows. - Proven experience testing APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. - Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines. - Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and drive adoption of AI-enabled testing practices. - Experience with test reporting, quality metrics, and building actionable quality dashboards. - API & Data Testing - Test API Gateway integrations (MuleSoft or similar). - Validate request/response payloads and data mappings. - Verify near real-time data movement and system-to-system integrations. - Support testing of event-driven and batch data processes. - Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure solutions meet CMS quality, security, and compliance standards. - Support UAT activities with business stakeholders. - Assist with documentation required for audits and ATO processes. - Validate logging, monitoring, and access controls. - Collaboration & Reporting - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and Scrum teams. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning. - Provide clear test status updates and quality metrics. - Document test plans, test cases, and execution results. • Responsible for end-to-end testing of vCMTS software features, system workflows, and network behaviors • Design comprehensive test scenarios based on product requirements, feature designs, and system behavior • Execute end-to-end system tests for vCMTS features and workflows across distributed, containerized platforms • Perform manual and partially automated functional, integration, regression, interoperability, performance, recovery, and stability testing • Conduct risk-based testing and quality assessments to identify high-impact issues and support release decisions • Reproduce, isolate, and document defects found in lab, integration, and customer-like environments using logs, traces, and other system artifacts • Collaborate with software to review feature testability, support debugging, and drive timely issue resolution • Validate DOCSIS and networking behavior across downstream and upstream configurations, service flows, and broadband access scenarios • Verify modem registration, connectivity, stability, and traffic flow in customer-like environments • Validate timing and synchronization behavior as part of overall system readiness and operational stability • Improve testing processes, lab practices, automation coverage, and overall test efficiency • Contribute to the definition and evolution of test environments, lab topology, and equipment needs • Participate in backlog refinement, test planning, scrum activities, and cross-functional quality discussions

• Monitor and review collections calls, emails, and account activities to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies • Assess quality of customer interactions, including vulnerability handling and forbearance solutions • Provide structured feedback and coaching to Collections Agents to improve performance • Identify trends, risks, and training needs within the collections function • Support audits and regulatory reviews by maintaining accurate QA records • Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure best practice is upheld • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the motor finance collections process
