Role Description Workstate is seeking an ET NetSuite Developer to join our expert team in support of an enterprise ERP transition. In this role, you will provide hands-on NetSuite development and support while helping maintain critical current-state functionality during a broader migration effort. As a key contributor, you will work with technical, functional, and business stakeholders to understand existing NetSuite customizations, integrations, workflows, and data dependencies. This role requires strong NetSuite development experience, practical ERP knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot production needs while supporting the successful transition of required functionality to the target platform. This position is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence. Job Duties - Provide temporary backfill coverage as the primary NetSuite developer focuses on migration work - Maintain and support existing NetSuite functionality during the transition period - Analyze NetSuite customizations, scripts, workflows, saved searches, and integrations - Support extraction or documentation of NetSuite functionality needed for migration - Troubleshoot production issues and business process defects in NetSuite - Collaborate with ERP migration teams to clarify legacy system behavior - Assist with data conversion, validation, and reconciliation as needed - Maintain system stability while required functionality is migrated to the Compass platform - Document current-state NetSuite processes, dependencies, and technical details - Support users and stakeholders during the temporary transition period Qualifications - NetSuite development experience, especially SuiteScript - Experience with NetSuite customization, workflows, saved searches, forms, records, and roles - Knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and business processes - Experience with SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SOAP/REST APIs, or other integration methods - Ability to migrate or rebuild functionality from NetSuite into another ERP platform - JavaScript experience - Understanding of accounting, finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or operational ERP processes - Experience with data extraction, reporting, and transition support - Ability to analyze legacy customizations and determine equivalent functionality in target systems - Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

• Design, develop, and enhance automation solutions based on clearly defined business requirements and processing rules • Perform unit testing, system testing, and validation of automation solutions prior to deployment • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, errors, and performance issues in production automation processes • Monitor automation performance and system health, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using React and Capacitor. • Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces using React 18 and TypeScript. • Develop and maintain native mobile integrations and Capacitor plugins as needed. • Configure and manage build environments using Vite. • Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance across mobile platforms. • Manage mobile application releases, updates, and deployments to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

As our Development Guildmaster, you’ll bridge high-level technical vision with day-to-day execution, helping our teams stay nimble, focused, and aligned as Tebex continues to scale. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you’ll lead 15–20 developers through five direct-report lead developers and shape how our teams build, collaborate, and deliver world-class solutions. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, such as Head of Development, Engineering Manager, or similar. - Proven track record of managing 15–20+ developers and QA engineers, directly or indirectly. - Deep hands-on experience with PHP/Laravel to guide our foundation, and Node.js/TypeScript to lead our evolution. - Previous involvement in a successful platform transition, whether a language pivot, framework migration, or shift to modular architecture. - Strong ability to maintain business continuity during major technical transitions. - Deep understanding of AI-driven workflows and experience mentoring teams to integrate these tools into every stage of the development process. - Expert-level ability to manage the logistics of software delivery, including identifying project dependencies, removing administrative bottlenecks, and protecting developer flow. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead change, mentor veteran developers through technical shifts, and navigate stakeholder expectations with transparency and directness. - Based in the UK and eligible to work full-time.
