Job Requirements

• Ensure accurate private investment reporting in Orion, including positions, transactions, valuations, and performance. • Own and manage the Arch → Orion data feed, validating that all private investment data flows correctly. • Monitor daily data exceptions and reconciliation reports, resolving breaks across Arch, Orion, and custodial records. • Troubleshoot data mapping issues, valuation discrepancies, and performance calculation errors with internal teams and vendors. • Assist with the private investment portion of M&A onboarding, including data migration, position setup, and historical mapping. • Review and convert legacy spreadsheets or systems from acquired firms into Arch and Orion. • Support processing and validation of capital calls, distributions, and periodic valuations as needed. • Maintain documentation for reporting standards, system workflows, and data processes. • Collaborate with Technology, Data Engineering, Reporting, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity and system stability. • Communicate clearly with advisors and internal stakeholders regarding reporting status, data issues, and resolutions. • Other duties as needed
Role Description The Operations Assistant will support the Offshore Administration team in executing compliance auditing, lease administration, and operational tasks across Bridge33’s property portfolio. This role is a key contributor to the COI (Certificate of Insurance) Audit Project and other ongoing compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Team Lead to ensure tenant compliance with lease requirements, maintain accurate records, and deliver timely, high-quality output to internal business units. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in property management, commercial real estate, or leasing administration - Working knowledge of tenant compliance requirements and commercial lease interpretation - Familiarity with ACORD forms (e.g., ACORD 25, 27, 28) and the ability to read and interpret Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Property Insurance - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to spot discrepancies between documents (e.g., coverage limits, dates, policy types) - Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential tenant, financial, and insurance information - Strong English communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) - Experience with data entry, record keeping, and database management - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Requirements - Direct experience with COI audits or insurance compliance tracking - Familiarity with commercial lease documents and lease administration systems - Working knowledge of insurance terminology and concepts: general liability, umbrella/excess, workers' compensation, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, and primary & non-contributory endorsements - Insurance or risk-management coursework, certification, or licensing background - Experience using project/task management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar) - Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) - Background in offshore or remote administrative support roles - Exposure to retail or shopping center property management Working Requirements - Fully remote - Fluent in English - Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST)
• Support CSAA customers by providing information on policy and coverage • Respond to inquiries on existing claims and take first notice of loss on newly filed claims • Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, or chat • Assist customers with insurance claims • Check status of existing claims and provide updates • Document all claim activity accurately and timely in claims systems
