Operations Coordinator
CCS Fundraising
• Schedule meetings with clients and internal project teams and maintain the team’s shared calendar • Help with onboarding new CCS Analytics projects • Manage the updates and distribution of sales, marketing, and education materials • Assist with the compilation and distribution of the team’s performance metrics to senior leadership • Assist with the compilation and distribution of benchmarking data • Plan and execute conferences and retreats by coordinating logistics, ordering materials, ensuring booth setup is complete, partnering with Marketing, and supporting all aspects of event planning • Create reports as needed to address requests from regional teams and senior leadership
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an operational or coordinating role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks while staying organized and focused
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- One to three years of relevant experience in a professional setting

Role Description The Closing Specialist ll will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the title closing department and function as a whole. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 an hour. - Complete closing tasks as directed. - Manage the closing package process. - Provide coverage for closer pipeline overflow. - Ensure accurate and timely client communication throughout the closing process. - Responsible for completing initial fee sheets and revising fee sheets as needed. - Assist with managing the deed requests. - Assist with scheduling of notary appointments as needed. - Manage the applicable closing email in-boxes and ensure timely responses are delivered. - Provide feedback and details to management on any internal or external issues that could identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations. - Perform other duties as assigned.
