Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive that will increase SCALAR Sales and Growth by generating new business opportunities. This involves identifying and pursuing potential clients within a specific geographic area. These efforts should be carried out in alignment with customer success activities, ensuring that sales initiatives contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline. - Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization. - Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements. - Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings. - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with customer success. - Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns. Qualifications - Proven track record in selling solutions with preferred 4-5 years of work experience. Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage. - Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset. - Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment. - Willingness to frequently travel to clients in the Nordics region (up to 50% expected). - Fluent in Swedish and English, another Nordic language would be an asset.
