• Maintain and execute the strategic roadmap for the ZF [pro]Service Network and expand network presence by onboarding qualified workshops across target geographies. • Conduct annual audits of network partners to ensure compliance, performance, and service quality and identify gaps in network coverage and implement corrective actions as needed. • Support the development of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and network value. • Collaborate cross-functionally (Training, Sales, Warranty, etc.) to enhance program benefits. • Coordinate and lead network conferences and engagement events and serve as the primary point of contact for [pro] service partners. • Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive support and service. • Ensure all activities contribute to the direct or indirect sale of ZF products and services. • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate customer database and ensure partner visibility across internal systems and marketing platforms.
• Build data pipelines to create data foundation for Process Mining tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, conformance deviations, and potentials for process standardization, improvement, and automation in cooperation with process owners and process experts • Understand business needs around data integration, data engineering, and data operations to build end-to-end data pipelines for analytical purposes • Manage and troubleshoot data pipelines in Azure, Databricks and Datasphere environments • Work together with Process Mining experts to support analysis of processes
Role Description We are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-focused leader to drive the strategic development and execution of our digital truck service portfolio. In this role, you will own the product and engineering roadmap, lead international teams, and contribute directly to profitable growth and long-term business success. - Own the end-to-end product and engineering execution for the digital truck service line, ensuring successful roadmap delivery and customer value creation. - Drive profitable growth with full ownership of the service line P&L and strategic investment decisions. - Define and continuously evolve the product roadmap based on customer needs, market developments, and business priorities. - Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution and strong product-market fit. - Build and lead high-performing international product and engineering teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity. Qualifications - University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. - 10+ years of experience managing digital products or platforms at scale, including P&L responsibility. - Strong combination of product management expertise and technical understanding. - Proven experience leading cross-functional and international teams in a fast-paced environment. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer-centric approach. - Preferred industry experiences: SaaS, automotive or related industries. - Fluency in English is a Must, and other languages will be advantageous. Qualifications - Proven track record in selling solutions with preferred 4-5 years of work experience. Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage. - Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset. - Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment. - Willingness to frequently travel to clients in the Nordics region (up to 50% expected). - Fluent in Swedish and English, another Nordic language would be an asset.
