• Identify and engage new sales opportunities within the hospitality sector (hotels, B&Bs, apartments). • Conduct sales outreach and deliver compelling online product demos to prospective clients. • Diagnose prospect pain points and recommend tailored SabeeApp solutions that solve real problems. • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closure. • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Account Management and Marketing teams to maximize impact. • Represent SabeeApp at hospitality trade shows, webinars, meetups, and other industry events. • Maintain our CRM with precision and provide regular sales updates and performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Based in Istanbul with Category B driver’s license - ability to travel for frequent hotel visits, events, and in-person relationship building.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel workflows and operational challenges.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive — you know how to manage your own pipeline and hit targets.
- Comfort with digital tools such as CRMs, video conferencing, and sales enablement platforms.

For candidates residing in: - Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia: - $97,865 - $161,575 if overall experience is less than 10 years. - $120,635 - $199,065 for experience greater than 10 years. - All other states: - $85,100 - $140,500 if overall experience is less than 10 years. - $104,900 - $173,100 for experience greater than 10 years.
