Role Description Slice is investing in the platform capabilities that help our products, teams, and operations scale. As a Senior Product Manager for Core, you will define and deliver foundational capabilities that multiple teams and products rely on every day. Some of these systems already exist and need to scale; others will be built from the ground up as we rethink how operational workflows should evolve in an AI-enabled environment. - Shape the internal tools and platform capabilities that power day-to-day operations across support, payments, and operational teams. - Identify workflow inefficiencies, prioritize opportunities, and partner with Development and Product Design to deliver intuitive products and scalable platform capabilities. - Work across both existing systems that need to scale and new capabilities that need to be built from the ground up. - Apply strong systems thinking, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a practical approach to applying AI and automation to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling operational platforms and internal tools. - Strong systems thinker with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product strategy and execution. - Data-informed approach to product development using product and operational data to validate ideas, drive decisions, and measure impact. - Strong understanding of how AI and automation can be applied to simplify operations, reduce friction, and improve team effectiveness at scale. - Experience translating user and operational needs into intuitive product experiences. - Strong product judgment with the ability to make difficult trade-offs and drive clear priorities. - Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with product managers, product engineers, product designers, and cross-functional teams. - Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills for remote collaboration. - Familiarity with the pizza or restaurant industry is a plus.
