Creatio
• Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, external communities, and internal users. • Organize, prioritize, and maintain requirements within the company’s information resources. • Define and defend product concepts, including grouping and detailing business requirements, developing go-to-market strategies, creating mockups, collaborating on UX/UI design together with UI designers, preparing presentation materials, drafting user stories, and coordinating with technical writers to document functionality across both internal and public-facing company resources. • Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, evaluation of potential integration solutions, and review of reports from leading analytical agencies such as Gartner and Forrester. • Lead SCRUM ceremonies with development teams, including Kick-off presentations, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions. • Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team to achieve product goals and meet customer expectations. • Provide consultations for internal teams, customers, and partners on customizing the system to address business needs. • Organize and conduct training sessions for employees and clients regarding new product releases and functionality updates.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Strong expertise in product concept development.
- Proven experience collaborating and integrating with technology partners to deliver joint products and solutions.
- Experience working with development teams on application architecture and contributing to informed architectural decisions.
- Advanced communication skills in English (B2+ or higher), both verbal and written, with experience working in an international business environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate IT solutions markets and understand user needs and expectations.
- Practical experience and willingness to operate at both strategic and detailed requirement levels.
- Strong understanding of technologies and methodologies used to build highly available and high-performance web applications.
- Hands-on experience independently using AI coding agents to build prototypes, MVPs, or production-ready applications.
- Strong understanding of modern AI agent architectures, agentic workflows, and the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem.
