Vice President Client Relations

Role Description We are seeking to fill the role of Vice President Client Relations. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners. - Lead, oversee, and monitor activities performed by the Client Relations staff. - Manage and update departmental policies and procedures. - Assume responsibility for the management and satisfaction of high-volume/high-revenue clients; ensure LoanCare provides high-quality service to retain and cultivate new business. - Responsible for managing multiple processes and projects. - Collaborate with senior-level Client Relations staff on initiatives/projects; expedite solutions with various servicing teams. - Oversee staff responsible for relationships with/satisfaction of allocated business partners. - Monitor Client Relations team activities to ensure adherence to SLAs and expectations. - Provide staff guidance, feedback, and coaching to improve processes and communication. - Serve as an internal point of contact for escalated issues with client, internal leadership, and/or Client Relations staff. - Participate in conference calls with staff on client-related issues as needed. - Communicate repetitive issues/gaps to senior management; keep direct manager informed of client concerns. - Coordinate client technology updates for team. - Ensure staff is informed about industry updates, changes, and best practices that cultivate client satisfaction. - Assign and allocate new clients to team. - Participate in management meetings and discussions. - Perform all timecard verification and performance reviews; conduct training and interviews for new staff. - Oversee and monitor client billing processes/procedures; review client bills during implementation process; report on challenges as needed. - Maintain oversight of client contractual SOA performance. - All other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience. - 8-10 years of experience in Client Relations with relevant mortgage servicing or mortgage banking experience. - 5+ years of managerial and leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing/banking laws and practices. - Strong knowledge and experience with FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to coach/train and lead staff successfully. - Ability to facilitate creative solutions and change. - Ability to analyze complex concepts and solve problems across business, functional, technical, and operational domains. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment. - A strong work ethic with an ability to take initiative, work under minimal supervision, and effectively meet deadlines. - Ability to engage with all levels of management while projecting a professional image. Compensation Range $123,600-$231,800 annually. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows and understands both the music industry and scalable SaaS sales. - Set a clear sales strategy and build a reliable go-to-market engine that produces consistent results. - Lead a distributed team, achieving and exceeding revenue goals. - Improve team performance and ensure the right sales process, people, structure, and operating rhythm are in place. - Operate at both strategic and practical levels, thinking through long-term TAM and revenue growth as well as day-to-day revenue execution. - Coach the team and hold them accountable, drive complex deals, and stay close to the sales process to understand what’s working and what needs to change. What You'll Do - Own the revenue number, including sales targets, pipeline creation, forecasting, and consistent attainment. - Lead, coach, and manage the global sales team, ensuring each team member has clear expectations, strong support, and accountability for results. - Lead, coach, and evolve the Rev Ops function, ensuring reliable reporting, accurate forecasting, clean CRM data, and clear visibility into revenue performance drivers. - Build and maintain a practical, effective GTM strategy in collaboration with the GTM team and company leaders. - Personally manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities, including leading and closing enterprise or high-priority deals directly. - Improve the sales process to ensure it is clear, consistent, measurable, and repeatable. - Drive pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, deal inspection, and regular sales performance reviews. - Identify and take action on factors affecting sales performance to improve conversion, velocity, win rates, and revenue outcomes. - Partner closely with Marketing to enhance lead generation, messaging, campaign follow-up, outbound motions, and sales enablement. - Work with Customer Success and Product to understand customer needs, market feedback, churn risks, expansion opportunities, and product positioning. - Support the team on key opportunities, including leading enterprise or strategic deals where senior input is needed. - Utilize AI and automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales and RevOps functions. - Review and improve sales tooling, reporting, CRM hygiene, dashboards, and team operating rhythms. - Build sales playbooks, materials, training, and coaching rhythms to help the team perform consistently. - Help shape future sales team structure, hiring plans, compensation design, territory planning, and market expansion decisions. - Provide data-informed updates to the executive team on performance, risks, opportunities, and priorities. Qualifications - 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles, driving product sales and revenue growth. - 3+ years leading a RevOps function. - 5+ years in the music industry, preferably B2B. - A deep understanding of the business side of the music industry, including sync and marketing. - A proven track record of leading B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in music tech or adjacent creative industries. - Experience evolving and transforming sales teams. - Experience building and evolving effective RevOps teams and systems. - An autonomous and energetic approach to problem solving. - Collaborative, low-ego leadership style that fits a tight-knit exec team. - Experience managing distributed/remote teams across multiple geographies.
