Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, business development, partnerships, consulting, or industry leadership
  • Existing executive-level relationships within home services, private equity, franchising, or adjacent industries
  • Track record of sourcing and closing large, complex deals
  • Experience selling to or working with multi-location businesses
  • Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently and create opportunities from scratch
  • Existing relationships with PE-backed operators, franchise groups, or large home service organizations (Strongly Preferred)
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, landscaping, or other field-service industries (Strongly Preferred)

Build the IP lifecycle framework: editorial creation through commercial packaging to licensing and data monetisation.
