Key Account Manager

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. • Promote Littelfuse products and technologies to key accounts, highlighting their benefits and applications. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Provide insight on new products needed by key customer segment. • Collaborate with internal teams and counterparts globally to ensure share capture and seamless delivery of products and services globally. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in account management or sales, preferably within the electronics or technology industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%, West Coast)
