• Driving revenue growth across the Midlands & South West of England • Delivering the NaughtOne UK growth strategy with A&D practices and local dealers • Interacting with end-user customers to win projects • Managing a defined territory • Delivering agreed sales outcomes • Participating in trade shows, dealer events, and marketing events to grow brand presence and influence regional audience.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years’ relevant experience in field sales
  • Capable of owning complex accounts
  • Navigating the A&D and dealer landscape confidently
  • Must hold a full & clean driving licence.
  • Building long-term, commercially effective relationships.
  • Effective specification, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound commercial judgement to pricing, product positioning and deal progression.
  • Strong insight into market trends and competitive intelligence.
