Job Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Service- oder IT-Service-Management-Umfeld, idealerweise mit globaler Ausrichtung
  • Fundiertes Wissen über ITIL-Prozesse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITSM-Tools (z. B. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows, Microsoft 365 etc.) sowie technisches Verständnis für IT-Infrastruktur
  • Souverän im Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen – von Mitarbeitenden bis zum Management
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (beide mind. C-Level)

Role Description The Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr.MSL) will provide medical information through scientific exchange in a fair-balanced manner and provide clinical/scientific support to the company, as well as help to integrate the efforts of the Medical Affairs Department with R&D/Clinical Affairs/Scientific Affairs and with other internal teams to ensure effective selection and execution of Evidence Generation. Work Model: Remote - Officially documented as working full-time from home, with travel to Ultragenyx's offices or other locations on occasion as needed.
