Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or a related field
- Proven purchasing experience of 10–12 years within IT/ITES and BPM organizations
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience managing procurement and sourcing activities related to Facilities and Administration functions
- Minimum 4–5 years of operational experience using procurement sourcing tools such as ARIBA, COUPA, or Ivalua
- Strong knowledge and understanding of vendor management
- Computer literate, including PowerPoint proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Role Description The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in driving the efficient acquisition of goods and services across the organization, focusing on delivering the best value solutions. This position involves overseeing the entire sourcing lifecycle, from understanding business needs to conducting RF(x) events, negotiating & drafting contracts, and managing the source-to-pay process. Role Description Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large technology client. Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
