Clinical Territory Associate
Intuitive
• Support Surgeon & Hospital Training: Assist sales representatives during surgeon education, hospital robotics program development, and overall territory operations. • Lead Technical In‑Services: Deliver training sessions for OR staff, surgeons, and other clinical personnel on our robotic technology. • Drive Technology Adoption: Promote and sell the benefits of advanced surgical technology to existing users, contributing to team goals and quotas. • Build Sales Skills: Learn goal‑setting, territory mapping, and sales execution to prepare for a full sales role after the program. • Manage Key Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate reporting on procedures and activities, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 1 year of leadership experience (military included) or 1 year of outside sales experience
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including nights and weekends as needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently in clinical environments

As the VP, Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 Field Sales Representatives, coaching them to drive new business and expand relationships with mid-market companies that rely on workforce lodging solutions.
