• Drive revenue and margin within assigned territories • Establish strategies, objectives, and sales plans for key accounts/OEMs • Provide timely market and competitive intelligence • Define sales plans for significant growth • Meet/exceed key metrics for revenue and market share • Generate unique value for key target companies • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure lead generation
• Drive early engagement with OEM engineering, procurement, and program teams to influence RF/PCB material selection. • Identify and develop new business opportunities by influencing specifications and aligning with customer product roadmaps. • Promote Rogers products and address RF/microwave application challenges. • Build, manage, and grow relationships with PCB fabricators. • Secure forecasting from fabricators and maintain accurate planning inputs. • Grow key European OEM accounts and coordinate with Asia/US colleagues. • Monitor customer activity, competitor movements, and market trends. • Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain for tailored solutions. • Conduct regular visits to OEMs and fabricators (30–40% travel).
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting guidance to help resolve technical issues reported by customers • Provide on-site and remote support to customers as needed • Provide training to fabricators, OEM’s, and sales engineers regarding the proper and effective use of our materials • Document technical support actions and report in internal CRM tool • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong customer focus with empathy and a desire to build positive relationships • Create and maintain relevant customer and industry networks • Other duties as assigned
