Responsibilities - Teach and mentor students in MAM and/or DMin courses. - Reach out proactively to inactive and at-risk students. - Stay current with trends and developments in the field of practical theology and ministry leadership. - Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and other academic activities as required. - Monitor courses to ensure compliance with South College standards and other accrediting bodies. Make recommendations for editorial improvements in courses as needed. - Provide proactive and reactive outreach for students via email, phone conversations, and video conferencing. Consistent and direct communication with students in a variety of modes is essential to the success of this position and to students at South College. Requirements Education & Experience - Substantial experience in theological education (5 years or more preferred) and evaluation experience in online modalities with graduate and doctoral students. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students and institutional staff. - Substantial experience with learning management systems (Canvas preferred). - PhD/ThD, DMin, or DMiss from an accepted accredited school. - Prior CBE experience preferred.

Role Description We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative and innovative Change Management Practitioner to support the IAO transformation. This role will be integral in fostering engagement, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring sustained change. The IAO transformation requires changes across people, process and technology, with much of the technology change centered around the overhaul of our ERP and Supply Chain Planning tools that will enable our transformation to a more independent fabless company and systems foundry. As we move into the execution phase for these change events, we need to build energy across the company to enable successful execution while also driving adoption. As a Change Management Practitioner, you will drive change management activities, collaborating closely with program teams, project managers, and most importantly, our end users, managers and leaders. Your goal is to deliver transformational change that inspires engagement and drives adoption through innovative sponsorship activities, communication plans, training solutions and measurement activities.
