We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Sales Executive to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. The responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive include recommending ways to improve operations planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of key business developments. You should also be able to assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data. To be successful as a Senior Sales Executive, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. Ultimately, an exceptional Senior Sales Executive should be adept at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.  The Senior Sales Executive will: - Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams. - Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities. - Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed. - Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs). - Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs. - Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business. - Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.  - Manage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand. - Direct all customer relationship activities to ensure delivery of high quality service. - Set up meetings with customers to deliver sales pitches and conduct sales of company products and services. - Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments. - Establish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their network. - Ensure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulations and policies set by appropriate authorities. - Conduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals. - Set and enforce customer service standards to ensure clients are satisfied with received products/services. Qualifications. - Extensive experience in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles within the P&C insurance industry, including building strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders. - Balance of technical strengths and deep processing knowledge most notably in commercial insurance business processing, including underwriting, policy admin, billing, loss control, and claims management - 5-7 years of experience working in business development, sales, marketing, or related fields. - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional leadership and management skills. - Effective communication and negotiation skills. - Strong business acumen. - Detail-oriented and persuasive.
