Treatment Plan Coordinator, Sales Experience

• Be present via TEAMS during discussions with patients after they have seen the provider to help patient understand PRM Protocol and their financial responsibility based on their insurance. • When necessary, be present via TEAMS to go over cost with patients again for a second round of treatment. • Ensure patients understand the PRM Protocol and the financial cost to them. • Help patient understand why treatment is needed and offer options to help them afford it. • Present case fees and financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say “yes.” • Present or co-present the treatment plan and consent. • Educate patients, as necessary, regarding their insurance benefits. • Determine medical benefit eligibility, limitations, and payment estimates necessary to facilitate financial arrangements. • Ensure patients are fully informed on their financial obligations. • Ask satisfied patients for a referral/online testimonial. • Proactively communicate with the Team so they know whether patient has decided to move forward with treatment and the financial decision made. • Track patients who have been spoken to and the outcome of that discussion for administration.

• Own regional referral relationship development across assigned markets • Build and maintain strategic referral pipelines across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 provider networks • Support growth of both surgical and non-operative service lines within assigned territories • Identify opportunities for referral expansion, partnership development, and local market activation • Contribute to territory growth goals tied to NPVs, admits, and referral pipeline influence • Support pipeline development initiatives for denovo and expansion markets • Serve as the primary field marketing partner for assigned providers and territories • Develop and maintain relationships with key referring physicians, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners • Coordinate high-value provider meetings, VIP visits, and strategic introductions for PRM surgeons and providers • Support provider visibility initiatives including educational events, partnerships, webinars, and regional activations • Partner with providers to identify local growth opportunities and market needs • Partner closely with Campaign Management to execute regional growth initiatives and local market activations • Support execution of denovo launches, referral campaigns, educational programming, and strategic partnerships • Assist with market-specific outreach aligned with national marketing initiatives • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Content teams to support local market awareness and referral growth strategies • Participate in select conferences, provider events, and strategic partnership opportunities as needed • Provide field insights and market intelligence to internal stakeholders and leadership • Support forecasting discussions and growth planning initiatives
Call Center Patient Advocate – Patient Intake, Admissions

• Our Patient Advocate serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) patients. • Blend of high-touch patient advocacy with a consultative admissions approach. • Educate patients on chronic pelvic pain conditions and PRM’s treatment approach. • Actively listen to patient concerns and provide clear, supportive guidance. • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from new and existing patient leads. • Qualify patients based on clinical appropriateness and readiness for consultation. • Address hesitations and objections using a patient-centered, educational approach. • Accurately document and navigate all patient interactions in CRM/EHR systems. • Track lead status, outcomes, and follow-up activity. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PRM policies.
