Job Description

Social Media Manager

Enclave AI Inc.

Role Description We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own and execute Enclave's social strategy across multiple platforms, with primary focus on X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You'll build our social engine from the ground up. Craft the editorial calendar, grow our community, amplify founder voices, and turn Enclave into a credible presence in the AppSec and AI security conversation. You'll work directly with founders and collaborate with product and research to translate complex security concepts into compelling, shareable content. This is a 0-to-1 role where you'll drive market awareness, spike engagement, and build community. What You'll Do - Own and execute full social strategy. - Build the editorial calendar, content themes, and posting rhythm across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any additional platforms that make sense. - Make the call on which platforms deserve investment and which don't. - Build the social engine. - Design repeatable content formats, workflows with design, review processes, and feedback loops. - Create a system with AI that ships consistently without becoming a bottleneck. - Drive community and engagement. - Monitor conversations on X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. - Spot trends and tap the team for real-time replies. - Build relationships with security researchers, AppSec practitioners, and AI folks who care about this space. - Make Enclave feel like part of the conversation, take the lead where it fits or simply chime in when needed. - Listen and feed back. - Run social listening as an intelligence function. - Surface what customers, prospects, competitors, and the broader security community are saying. - Feed trends, misconceptions, and customer pain back to the team. - Measure and iterate. - Define what success looks like. - Track metrics that map to pipeline, brand consideration, and community growth. - Ship, measure, adjust. Kill what isn't working. Do more of what moves the needle. - Craft and execute founder brands. - Partner with founders to develop their personal brands on X and LinkedIn. - Help them ship POVs they actually want to share. - Turn their daily work into content the category notices. Qualifications - 3+ years managing social, content, or community at B2B software, AI, developer tools, or security companies. - Portfolio showing viral growth, high engagement, and community building. - You can do anything: write posts, edit videos, brief designers, manage the calendar, work with founders, collaborate across teams. - More into AI than security? Not a problem. You follow AI research, model releases, and reasoning model advancements. - You understand security as a domain but you're not coming from pure AppSec background. - You learn fast and can pick up security concepts from context. Optional - Track record on X, Reddit, and LinkedIn specifically. - You attend things and share them. You go to conferences and meetups. - You tweet about what you learn. - You can parse hallway conversations and surface what matters. - Experience running social listening is a bonus.

Role Description You’ll own day-to-day social execution and help shape the content strategy that grows awareness, trust, and demand. You’ll translate brand positioning into content that feels native on each platform, while keeping performance and business goals in view. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creative instincts with strong organization, fast iteration, and clear reporting. You’ll be supporting a beauty brand/client through HireHawk, collaborating closely with marketing and creative stakeholders. Responsibilities - Build and own a social content engine that consistently increases reach, engagement, and brand trust across priority channels (ex: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). - Create and manage a clear, realistic content calendar that connects launches, promos, and evergreen storytelling. - Write high-performing captions, hooks, and community prompts that match the brand voice and drive action. - Publish, schedule, and optimize content (format, timing, hashtags/SEO, trends) based on what the data says is working. - Lead community management: respond with warmth and accuracy, escalate issues appropriately, and turn comments/DMs into insights. - Partner with creators/influencers and UGC contributors to source, brief, and repurpose content (with usage rights tracked and organized). - Track performance weekly (growth, engagement, CTR, saves, watch time) and turn results into clear recommendations. - Work smoothly with designers, editors, and marketing leads to ship content on time without sacrificing quality. - Stay current on platform changes and beauty content trends, then test quickly and report what you learn. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on social media management for a consumer brand (beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, or lifestyle strongly preferred). - Proven ability to create platform-native content that performs (you can explain why a post worked, not just that it did). - Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and brand consistency. - Comfort using social scheduling and analytics tools (native analytics is fine; Sprout/Later/Hootsuite is a plus). - Experience building and maintaining a content calendar and meeting publishing deadlines in a remote setup. - Strong communication and reliability in a fully remote environment. - Ownership mindset: you follow through, spot gaps early, and keep work moving without being chased. Requirements - Beauty industry experience (products, ingredients, routines, launches, creator culture) and strong intuition for what audiences trust. - Basic short-form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar) and comfort directing simple UGC edits. - Experience supporting product launches, promos, and social commerce (Shop links, landing pages, UTM tracking). - Experience working with influencers/creators including brief writing and usage rights tracking. - Light paid social boosting coordination (working with a performance marketer, sharing creative learnings). Benefits - Access to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ services. - Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.
