Role Description We're looking for a Field & Growth Marketing Manager to build awareness and engagement with the AppSec and AI security community through programs, events, and field activations. - Own brand presence for Enclave. - Run webinars and engagement programs. - Execute at the conferences where AppSec practitioners and AI researchers gather. - Host dinners and roundtables with customers and prospects. - Support the US-based team with pre-meeting activities and customer engagement programs. - Create moments and touchpoints that build awareness and credibility in this space. - Work directly with GTM and founders to ensure Enclave is where the conversation is happening. What You'll Do - Drive awareness and early-funnel growth. - Execute campaigns and programs that build brand awareness among AppSec practitioners and AI researchers. - Create content, run webinars, and host events that introduce prospects to Enclave. - Run engagement programs. - Plan and execute online webinars and offline roundtables, workshops, and events. - Execute conference strategy. - Identify and execute at the conferences where the AppSec and AI security community gathers. - Own booth presence, speaker placements, and audience engagement. - Support team activities. - Work with the US-based team to support regional activities, pre-meeting engagements, and customer touchpoints. - Host customer and prospect activations. - Run dinners, VIP events, and intimate programs that bring together customers, prospects, investors, and our team. - Build presence in the community. - Identify where the AppSec and AI security community gathers. - Execute programs and activations that make Enclave part of that community conversation. - Translate market insights into programs. - Work with the team to understand what the community is asking for. - Design webinars, events, and programs that address real needs. - Measure awareness and engagement. - Track attendance, engagement metrics, and community sentiment. - Know which programs and events create awareness and build credibility. - Shift effort toward what resonates. - Kill what doesn't. Qualifications - 3+ years in digital marketing, field marketing, or engagement marketing at B2B software, security, or developer tools companies. - Proven track record building awareness and community. - Comfort executing across channels. - Technical comfort with security and AppSec. - Community and relationship builder. Optional - Background in security, AppSec, or AI communities. - Experience running events and webinars at scale. - Existing relationships in the AppSec and AI security community.
Role Description We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own and execute Enclave's social strategy across multiple platforms, with primary focus on X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You'll build our social engine from the ground up. Craft the editorial calendar, grow our community, amplify founder voices, and turn Enclave into a credible presence in the AppSec and AI security conversation. You'll work directly with founders and collaborate with product and research to translate complex security concepts into compelling, shareable content. This is a 0-to-1 role where you'll drive market awareness, spike engagement, and build community. What You'll Do - Own and execute full social strategy. - Build the editorial calendar, content themes, and posting rhythm across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any additional platforms that make sense. - Make the call on which platforms deserve investment and which don't. - Build the social engine. - Design repeatable content formats, workflows with design, review processes, and feedback loops. - Create a system with AI that ships consistently without becoming a bottleneck. - Drive community and engagement. - Monitor conversations on X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. - Spot trends and tap the team for real-time replies. - Build relationships with security researchers, AppSec practitioners, and AI folks who care about this space. - Make Enclave feel like part of the conversation, take the lead where it fits or simply chime in when needed. - Listen and feed back. - Run social listening as an intelligence function. - Surface what customers, prospects, competitors, and the broader security community are saying. - Feed trends, misconceptions, and customer pain back to the team. - Measure and iterate. - Define what success looks like. - Track metrics that map to pipeline, brand consideration, and community growth. - Ship, measure, adjust. Kill what isn't working. Do more of what moves the needle. - Craft and execute founder brands. - Partner with founders to develop their personal brands on X and LinkedIn. - Help them ship POVs they actually want to share. - Turn their daily work into content the category notices. Qualifications - 3+ years managing social, content, or community at B2B software, AI, developer tools, or security companies. - Portfolio showing viral growth, high engagement, and community building. - You can do anything: write posts, edit videos, brief designers, manage the calendar, work with founders, collaborate across teams. - More into AI than security? Not a problem. You follow AI research, model releases, and reasoning model advancements. - You understand security as a domain but you're not coming from pure AppSec background. - You learn fast and can pick up security concepts from context. Optional - Track record on X, Reddit, and LinkedIn specifically. - You attend things and share them. You go to conferences and meetups. - You tweet about what you learn. - You can parse hallway conversations and surface what matters. - Experience running social listening is a bonus.
