Partner Execution Manager

• Own and drive partner-sourced pipeline creation, meeting or exceeding quarterly quota targets. • Build and execute partner enablement programs, including product education, sales alignment, and ongoing engagement to increase deal velocity. • Design and run partner sales plays, identifying high-fit customer segments within partner accounts and motivating partner sales teams to unlock stalled deals and generate new opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Marketing to plan and execute partner marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events that support pipeline growth. • Partner with internal Sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle, supporting co-selling motions and ensuring smooth handoffs.
Job Requirements
- 3-6+ years in Business Development, Partner Development, or SaaS Partnerships with a proven track record of pipeline creation and revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience influencing and enabling external partner sales teams without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to execute co-selling motions and collaborate effectively with internal Sales and Marketing teams.

• Renewal Management: Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of commercial customers, driving on-time renewals through proactive planning, customer engagement, and negotiation. • Commercial Execution: Generate renewal quotes, lead pricing and contract negotiations, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure accurate and timely contract execution. • Forecasting & CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate renewal data in CRM, including forecasts, risks, and renewal status, to provide clear visibility and predictable outcomes. • Risk & Retention Strategy: Identify renewal risks early and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate churn and improve gross retention. • Process & Playbooks: Develop and refine renewal playbooks and operating processes to increase efficiency and improve on-time renewal rates.
• Perform tactical procurement activities, including contract drafting, review, processing, and administration • Manage and execute RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders • Lead supplier negotiations to achieve commercially sound and cost-effective outcomes • Coordinate and participate in vendor, logistics provider, and internal project meetings • Review project and operational requirements and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve procurement or contract-related issues • Develop, implement, and maintain procurement tracking systems, contract logs, and reporting documentation • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards to ensure project requirements are met • Identify opportunities to improve procurement methods, logistics efficiency, and contract processes • Prepare and maintain procurement reports and related documentation • Support project teams with contract interpretation, issue resolution, and supplier coordination • Perform other related duties as required
