• Conduct deep-dive investigations of suspicious cases, including detailed analysis of fraud incidents that bypass existing detection systems, identifying links between fraudulent profiles and uncovering new fraud patterns and schemes • Perform initial authorization and verification of POS partners, as well as ongoing monitoring of merchant and agent activity to identify signs of collusion, fraud farms, and manipulation at points of sale • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize antifraud rules and detection logic used in application approval processes and transactional monitoring • Evaluate and analyze data from external sources (credit bureaus, vendors, and third-party services) and integrate them into fraud detection and prevention processes • Prepare regular antifraud reports covering fraud levels, rule effectiveness, and overall portfolio quality • Support antifraud analytics by working with data marts and datasets in the company’s Data Warehouse (DWH) • Perform quality assurance (QA) of antifraud-related processes handled by first-line and second-line teams • Process and investigate antifraud-related requests coming from customer support and verification teams, providing analysis and recommendations

Role Description We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to support and maintain our Data Warehouse (DWH) infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring database stability, performance, and reliability, handling user requests, and resolving incidents in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and supporting high-load systems in a data-driven, product-oriented environment. The role is fully remote, with occasional business trips if required. Key Responsibilities - Handle and resolve requests related to DWH databases. - Collaborate with specialists from other teams to address interdependent issues and support requests. - Participate in the incident management process, including troubleshooting and escalation. - Respond to tickets from Level 1 Support regarding DBMS performance and analyze complex cases. - Manage access rights and process requests from development teams (creating jobs, schemas, databases, updating DBMS versions, configuring new servers, etc.). - Provide consultations and assist in analyzing simple SQL scripts and data issues. - Ensure the stability, performance, and fault tolerance of production DWH systems. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience administering PostgreSQL servers. - Strong knowledge of PL/pgSQL; ability to write stored procedures, functions, and triggers. - Experience designing and maintaining high-load systems. - Familiarity with high-load clusters using logical replication. - Ability to read and optimize query execution plans. - Confident skills in managing Linux-based systems (Ubuntu, CentOS). - Fluent Russian; English at B1+ level (comfortable with technical documentation). Nice to Have - Experience with database migration management tools (Git + Sqitch). - Experience working with Docker. - Skills in administering Microsoft SQL Server. • Work closely with Engineering, Product and DevOps teams to ensure security is embedded into products, platforms, and operational processes from early design stages through delivery and release cycles • Participate in product discovery, architecture discussions, sprint planning, change management, and release processes to ensure security requirements are addressed early and do not become delivery blockers • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to align local regulatory requirements with product and engineering roadmaps • Implement and maintain controls required by CNBV, PCI DSS, and other applicable local regulatory obligations, ensuring continuous compliance • Implement central information security policies and develop country-specific procedures and controls in coordination with local compliance stakeholders • Integrate secure development practices into the SDLC, including architecture reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security checkpoints within delivery pipelines • Improve security monitoring capabilities and SOC coverage for the local IT environment, including configuring monitoring rules and defining incident escalation procedures • Lead incident response activities, coordinate investigations with engineering and product teams, conduct root cause analysis, and organize post-incident awareness sessions • Manage and operate local Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and related processes • Develop, maintain, and test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), including organizing annual recovery exercises • Establish and operate vulnerability management processes, including regular scanning, prioritization of findings, and tracking remediation efforts • Define and deliver regular security reporting and metrics to local business leadership and the central CISO organization • Organize and coordinate annual assessments of the cybersecurity management system and support remediation planning
