• Perform tactical procurement activities, including contract drafting, review, processing, and administration • Manage and execute RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders • Lead supplier negotiations to achieve commercially sound and cost-effective outcomes • Coordinate and participate in vendor, logistics provider, and internal project meetings • Review project and operational requirements and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve procurement or contract-related issues • Develop, implement, and maintain procurement tracking systems, contract logs, and reporting documentation • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards to ensure project requirements are met • Identify opportunities to improve procurement methods, logistics efficiency, and contract processes • Prepare and maintain procurement reports and related documentation • Support project teams with contract interpretation, issue resolution, and supplier coordination • Perform other related duties as required
• Analyze real-time telemetry alerts and operational datasets to validate incidents, identify anomalies, and assess operational impact. • Differentiate true events from false positives, duplicate alerts, and known recurring conditions. • Correlate trends, timestamps, logs, and event data to support severity assessment and operational decision-making. • Prepare clear, data-backed incident summaries to support client and stakeholder response activities. • Provide analytical context and data-driven insights to clients and external vendors during incident investigations. • Track remediation actions, response timelines, and outcomes using structured operational data. • Support escalation and prioritization decisions through evidence-based analysis. Communicate findings clearly and concisely to operations, service management, and project stakeholders. • Identify recurring incident patterns, systemic operational risks, and vendor performance trends. • Highlight gaps in telemetry coverage, data quality, alert logic, or monitoring effectiveness. • Recommend opportunities for alert tuning, automation, and improved monitoring or reporting practices. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by surfacing actionable insights from operational data. • Maintain accurate, auditable records of analyses, incidents, and findings in approved client and company tools. • Contribute analytical insights to improve runbooks, alert definitions, and operational standards. • Support initiatives aimed at reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and minimizing repeat incidents.
• Design Governance: Direct the end-to-end design process from concept through "Issued for Construction" (IFC) documents. • Design Coordination: Lead the integration between CSA, MEP, ICT, and Security disciplines. • Procurement Support: Assist in the technical review of long-lead equipment submittals. • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, the Architect of Record (AOR), and the General Contractor. • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present technical status reports and PowerPoint decks. • Technical Compliance: Ensure all site-level design changes comply with owner standards and local building codes. • RFI & Submittal Management: Manage and expedite the technical review of RFIs and submittals. • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential design-related risks and develop rapid solutions. • BIM Coordination: Utilize Revit/Navisworks for real-time clash detection. • Value Engineering (VE) Leadership: Proactively lead Value Engineering workshops. • Project Closeout: Oversee implementation of the Quality Management System as it relates to design accuracy.
• Direct the end-to-end design process from concept through "Issued for Construction" (IFC) documents, ensuring all deliverables align with the master project schedule and budget. • Lead the integration between CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural), MEP, ICT, and Security disciplines, to ensure 100% design integration and zero spatial conflicts. • Assist in the technical review of long-lead equipment submittals to ensure structural and architectural readiness for heavy-load installations. • Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, the Architect of Record (AOR), and the General Contractor. You will lead design review meetings and present technical progress to executive leadership. • Prepare and present technical status reports and PowerPoint decks to both client leadership and site-level management. • Ensure all site-level design changes (Field Changes) comply with owner standards, local building codes, and data center mission-critical requirements. • Manage and expedite the technical review of RFIs and submittals, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to prevent construction bottlenecks. • Identify potential design-related risks and lead cross-functional teams to develop rapid, cost-effective engineering solutions. • Utilize Revit/Navisworks for real-time clash detection and resolution. • Proactively lead Value Engineering workshops to identify opportunities for cost optimization and schedule acceleration without compromising "Mission Critical" performance or structural integrity. Evaluate alternative materials and construction methods to drive maximum ROI for the client. • Oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) as it relates to design accuracy, local building codes, and "Mission Critical" performance standards, and support the commissioning (Cx) teams during final hand-over.
• Support multiple data center projects for a leading global technology client. • Act as the owner’s trusted design authority, ensuring all multidisciplinary designs meet program requirements, operational goals, and long-term reliability objectives. • Serve as the primary liaison between the owner and the external design team. • Review and approve consultant design packages across CSA, MEP, ICT, and Security disciplines. • Provide critical evaluation of proposed solutions. • Lead technical and commercial negotiations with designers, contractors, and specialty consultants. • Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight across all data center design disciplines.
