• Ensure sprint delivery: Align sprint goals, monitor progress, and resolve blockers • Coordinate across teams: Manage cross-team dependencies and collaboration • Track performance: Monitor key delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown • Manage risks and issues: Identify, escalate, and resolve risks affecting delivery timelines • Communicate with stakeholders: Share clear updates and ensure alignment with business objectives • Drive continuous improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and implement enhancements to delivery processes
Job Requirements
- Fluent Russian, English – B2 level or higher
- Experience working in the FinTech industry
- Minimum 2.5 years of relevant professional experience in delivery/project/product management roles
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and modern software development lifecycles
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and time zones
- Confident using tools such as Jira (including Structure, Plan), Confluence, Miro/Figma
- Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with mobile app development
- Understanding of loyalty and engagement mechanics
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and product scalability concepts
