Role Description Agile Space Industries is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Lead. The Talent Acquisition Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving the organization’s recruiting strategy and delivering high impact hiring for Manager level and leadership roles. This role operates as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping define hiring strategies, improve recruiting processes, and attract specialized talent. This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities but plays a leadership role in shaping recruiting practices across the organization.
