Role Description - Meet sales goals through KPI management. - Leverage data analysis and build relationships to drive results. - Management and development of customer base. - Prospect new distributors and key end-customers; identify new business opportunities. - Provide support and training to distributor network. - Keep Salesforce log updated. - Maintain & strengthen customer relationships; build business loyalty and customer goodwill. - Regularly travel and meet customers; support their organizations to secure new business opportunities and resolve issues. - Identify customer requirements and provide support as needed. - Attend trade shows and assist in both staffing distributors and connecting with key buyers. - Develop territory brand product forecast. - Collaborate with team members in sales, marketing, and operations to improve processes and practices. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through SFDC, CRM, B2B, Leads.
