Role Description This role is responsible for managing and growing the Terra Safety Footwear and Liberty Bib Wholesale Apparel businesses within the Midwest territory. The position focuses on Industrial Distributors, Safety Footwear Retailers, and Key Farm Channel Accounts, driving sustainable growth through strong relationships, strategic account development, and data-driven execution. - Own and manage Terra Safety Footwear and Liberty Bib Wholesale Apparel business in assigned territory. - Lead and develop Key Farm Channel Accounts and top field Liberty accounts assigned in the territory. - Responsible for maintaining current relationships and growth in Key Farm Channels. - Identify and open new Key Farm Channel Accounts to drive growth. - Own Terra safety footwear retailers and distributor relationships within the territory. - Analyze POS data to assist with identifying sales trends, optimizing inventory management, evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness, and ultimately, increasing overall sales and profitability for both the account and wholesale business. - Lead product launches, door expansions, and assortment growth initiatives within key accounts. - Provide monthly forecast by brand with a focus on best sellers. - Collaborate closely with marketing team on customer-specific campaigns and in-store merchandising. - Represent the brands at trade shows and industry events aligned with overall sales strategy. - Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for each brand. Qualifications - Proven wholesale Apparel and Safety Footwear experience, with a focus on national and regional, multi-location accounts. - Prior experience managing Key Farm Channel accounts and/or Industrial Retailer/Distributor relationships. - Demonstrated success managing a large sales territory for multiple brands. - Effective scheduling of in-person customer visits, virtual meetings, and trade show participation. - Track record of generating consistent daily and weekly order activity to drive annual growth and achieve sales targets. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze POS data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
