Role Description We’re looking for a strategic and highly operational Senior Project Manager to lead operational improvements for key Creative and Marketing workflows and execution processes. This role will lead the systems, workflows, and operational planning that enable scalable marketing and creative execution across a growing portfolio of initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, cross-functional program management expertise, and a proven ability to improve execution through scalable systems and processes. This individual will partner closely with Brand Experience, Growth Marketing, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Creative, and external partners to support prioritization and execution planning across high-volume marketing workstreams. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Responsibilities - Refine and operationalize intake, planning, and workflow processes to support scalable marketing execution across teams. - Provide visibility into workload, dependencies, and execution risks to support planning discussions. - Lead operational planning and coordination across complex marketing initiatives including campaigns, launches, lifecycle marketing, creative production, and partner activations. - Bring structure to complex, ambiguous initiatives by aligning teams around timelines, ownership, dependencies, and execution plans while proactively managing delivery risks. - Improve and standardize workflows, team processes, and operational routines. - Drive process improvements, automation, and operational best practices that reduce friction and improve team effectiveness. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, program management, or production operations within fast-paced marketing organizations. - Proven experience building scalable operational systems and leading complex cross-functional marketing initiatives. - Strong understanding of campaign execution, creative production, paid media, social, and lifecycle marketing workflows. - Experience improving operational efficiency through tooling, automation, and process design. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated judgment in balancing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder needs. Role Description The Department of International Health at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is seeking a Research Project Coordinator. The Research Project Coordinator administratively coordinates research protocol implementation, typically for a single study. Will ensure efficient logistical implementation of the study activities and provide administrative support for all related issues. - Coordinate all activities of a research study to ensure validity of findings. - Work with the Principal Investigator or senior research staff to develop operational plans to meet research goals. - Develop tools and procedures for data collection and study processes. - Collect and organize data per study requirements, e.g. participant interviews, administer questionnaires; conduct background research, laboratory processing, etc. - Ensure adherence to protocols and procedures. - Assist with setup of data collection system and enter and organize data. - Oversee record management for research study. - Oversee budget expenditures for study operations. - Assist in coordinating study meetings. - Participate in study meetings and provide updates on protocol implementation status and make recommendations on operational issues. - Conduct literature searches to provide background information. - Other duties as assigned. • Handle the day-to-day interconnection process for new & existing development projects from siting to execution including interconnection agreements, affected systems and engineering agreements • Assist in the development of commercial arrangements to optimize project cost, schedule and risks • Oversee consultants as necessary to support the interconnection process including application deliverables in addition to engineering review of utility schedules and cost estimate • Establish working relationships with utilities, ISOs and industry representatives in key markets • Act as an advisor and liaison with Project Development, Business Development and management on interconnection issues and policies related to project development risk and opportunities • Assist in the evaluation of utility system loading (e.g., deliverability, congestion) and potential interconnection costs to support siting of new development projects • Assist in the evaluation of interconnection and gen-tie studies and alternatives; participate in processes to optimize project interconnection options based on cost, schedule, off take preference and risk • Support PPA, financing and project sale processes including providing information on the interconnection agreements and articulating the project’s specific interconnection related attributes • Assist with due-diligence review of potential project and portfolio acquisitions and related commercial transactions related to the interconnection and transmission risk and provide recommendations to the acquisition team • Begin developing a basic understanding of the transmission/interconnection related legislation and regulations that impact Region of responsibility. • Develop a working knowledge of related regional tariffs and understand its effect on the interconnection process.
