Role Description We’re looking for a strategic and highly operational Senior Project Manager to lead operational improvements for key Creative and Marketing workflows and execution processes. This role will lead the systems, workflows, and operational planning that enable scalable marketing and creative execution across a growing portfolio of initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, cross-functional program management expertise, and a proven ability to improve execution through scalable systems and processes. This individual will partner closely with Brand Experience, Growth Marketing, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Creative, and external partners to support prioritization and execution planning across high-volume marketing workstreams. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Responsibilities - Refine and operationalize intake, planning, and workflow processes to support scalable marketing execution across teams. - Provide visibility into workload, dependencies, and execution risks to support planning discussions. - Lead operational planning and coordination across complex marketing initiatives including campaigns, launches, lifecycle marketing, creative production, and partner activations. - Bring structure to complex, ambiguous initiatives by aligning teams around timelines, ownership, dependencies, and execution plans while proactively managing delivery risks. - Improve and standardize workflows, team processes, and operational routines. - Drive process improvements, automation, and operational best practices that reduce friction and improve team effectiveness. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, program management, or production operations within fast-paced marketing organizations. - Proven experience building scalable operational systems and leading complex cross-functional marketing initiatives. - Strong understanding of campaign execution, creative production, paid media, social, and lifecycle marketing workflows. - Experience improving operational efficiency through tooling, automation, and process design. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated judgment in balancing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder needs. Compensation At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. Role Description The Department of International Health at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is seeking a Research Project Coordinator. The Research Project Coordinator administratively coordinates research protocol implementation, typically for a single study.
