• Prepare Legal PPCI (Fire Prevention and Protection Project) in accordance with the regulations and technical instructions of the Fire Department for each state. • Review architectural and complementary technical drawings to implement fire safety requirements. • Compile, organize, and submit complete PPCI approval packages to the Fire Department, including: drawings, technical reports and forms, ART/RRT (professional responsibility records), and required legal documentation. • Manage processes to obtain and renew AVCB / CLCB certificates, tracking requirements and technical opinions. • Respond to requirements, notifications and official communications (comunique-se), proposing viable technical solutions that comply with legislation. • Liaise directly with the Fire Department, designers, engineers, architects, and internal teams. • Support technical-legal feasibility studies related to fire protection for new projects, expansions, or regularizations. • Monitor deadlines, statuses, and schedules of approval processes at a national level.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience preparing Legal PPCI and securing approvals from the Fire Department.
- Solid knowledge of state fire protection legislation and technical instructions.
- Ability to interpret and reconcile architectural and technical designs.
- Organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple simultaneous approval processes across different states.
