Job Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or e commerce operations (John Deere, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc).
- Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar) and advanced Excel; able to write and optimize complex queries independently; Power BI proficiency, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch.
- Self directed problem solver who can take an ambiguous business question, scope it, pull the data, and deliver actionable insight with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable presenting findings directly to US based leaders and stakeholders, has experience working across time zones with US teams.
- Bonus: exposure to carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehouse/inbound operations data.
