• Lead end-to-end workflow discovery and documentation across business and technical teams • Conduct Lean Six Sigma Value Stream Analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-added steps • Translate business processes into technical workflow models (BPMN 2.0+) • Define future-state optimized workflows to reduce cycle time and improve decision-making • Work closely with engineering teams to translate workflows into system design and automation requirements • Support implementation of workflows in orchestration tools (e.g., Flowable) using BPMN/DMN and serverless orchestration • Develop process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to validate requirements and workflows • Support continuous process improvement post-deployment through metrics and feedback loops
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
- Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
- Hands-on experience with BPMN modeling and workflow design tools
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system workflows
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams such as engineers, designers, and data analysts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (or higher) clearance

Role Description We are looking for a Workforce Management Senior Analyst for a remote based opening in India. Role Description The Associate, Asset Management supports the operational and commercial performance of Silicon Ranch’s utility-scale renewable energy portfolio. This role focuses on optimizing asset performance, administering contract compliance, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and optimized operations.
