• Manage day-to-day billing support workflows and resolve complex financial system inquiries. • Lead the incident triage process to ensure technical bugs and issues are swiftly analyzed, prioritized, and routed to engineering teams. • Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on billing anomalies and execute database corrections when necessary. • Write optimized SQL queries to extract, analyze, validate, and reconcile business data across the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) lifecycles. • Lead operational initiatives, including architectural rollouts and the implementation of annual billing contracts. • Design, document, and iterate on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to transition manual tasks into scalable, automated solutions. • Support month-end close activities and track key financial reporting metrics.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Business Analyst within a Finance, Accounting, or Billing domain.
- Deep understanding of the Accounts Receivable (AR) lifecycle, including credit memos, adjustments, and general ledger synchronization.
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL scripts for data extraction and data reconciliation.
- Expert-level skill in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced functions, data modeling, and analysis).
- Proven experience creating comprehensive SOPs and translating complex business constraints into technical system rules.
