Role Description We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market execution and contribute to product marketing strategy across our K-12 portfolio. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and is excited about translating product innovation into impactful marketing and sales outcomes. You will work across multiple products in our portfolio, partnering closely with product and go-to-market teams to drive revenue growth and deliver value to GoGuardian customers. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing and will own key areas of go-to-market execution while actively contributing to positioning, messaging, and broader strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do: - Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for GoGuardian products across multiple segments. - Partner with senior product marketing leadership to develop product positioning and messaging. - Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. - Own execution of product launches and feature releases, including coordinating timelines, developing briefs, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. - Create high-quality assets such as sales collateral, product one-pagers, presentations, and digital content. - Support sales enablement efforts by helping develop materials, training content, and internal documentation. - Analyze campaign and product performance data to identify insights and recommend optimizations. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, and broader marketing teams. - Contribute to scalable processes and workflows that improve team efficiency. Qualifications - 4–6 years of product marketing or related experience (e.g., marketing, product, sales enablement) in a B2B environment. - Experience developing strategic product marketing plans, including positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market planning. - Experience supporting product launches or campaigns from planning through execution. - Ability to synthesize customer insights, market data, and product information into clear, compelling messaging. - Highly collaborative with strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. - Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-centric mindset and curiosity about the K-12 education landscape. - Strong work ethic, combining bias for action with innovative thinking. - Understanding of the K-12 education market is preferred. - Eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic environment. - Fueled by the opportunity to truly impact the education landscape.
