Role Description At OnTheGoSystems (creators of WPML and PTC), content is a key driver of how hundreds of thousands of people discover, understand, and choose our translation and localization products. We're looking for a Content Growth Lead who owns the entire content funnel – from traffic acquisition through conversion to sustained business results. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, measuring, and improving. You won't inherit a large content team or spend most of your time managing people. Instead, you'll learn the product deeply, create content, build systems, run experiments, and use data to improve outcomes. You won't inherit a polished strategy. You'll help shape it by producing results and continuously improving how content contributes to growth. What You'll Do - Plan and own the content funnel from traffic acquisition through conversion to sustained results. - Create, publish, measure, and improve content across landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, comparison pages, and email campaigns. - Source content directly from product, development, support, and customer-facing teams, turning internal expertise into content that AI systems and competitors cannot easily replicate. - Use SEO, GEO, analytics, AI-search visibility, customer research, and business metrics to guide decisions. - Identify performance bottlenecks, run experiments, and continuously improve content outcomes. - Build repeatable systems for content production, optimization, measurement, and iteration. - Take ownership of business results generated by content, not only content output. AI-Native Content Operations AI is a core part of how we work. You should be comfortable designing workflows, running agents, validating outputs, and shipping results independently. - Expected experience includes advanced AI workflows such as Claude skills, MCP integrations, Claude Code, evaluation loops, and multi-step research and content production pipelines. - We're looking for someone who already works this way today. Technical Content Depth - You should be comfortable working across the technical content stack, including HTML semantics, structured data, GEO, AI-search visibility, and diagnosing why LLMs fail to read, interpret, or cite content correctly. - You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be technically capable and comfortable working closely with developers. - Have worked in a product IT company and can demonstrate measurable business impact from your content. - Have owned content performance, not just content creation. - Have extensive hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, analytics, experimentation, and content optimization. - Can show specific examples of how your content influenced traffic, conversions, adoption, retention, or revenue. - Actively use advanced AI workflows in your daily work and can explain exactly how they operate. - Are comfortable building systems, testing ideas, and improving processes without waiting for perfect structure. - Care deeply about ownership, accountability, and business outcomes. - Think like a growth operator who uses content to drive measurable results. Benefits - We’re a profitable, self-funded company growing since 2007. - WPML powers more than 1.5 million websites worldwide. - Your work will directly influence product growth, adoption, and positioning. - You’ll have real ownership and freedom to shape how content operates. - You’ll work with experienced product, engineering, and marketing people in a fully remote company. - You’ll help define what modern AI-assisted content operations look like inside a real product company. If you’re excited about combining content, systems thinking, AI workflows, SEO/GEO, and business impact – we’d love to hear from you.
