In order to accomplish this, we’re looking for a technical program manager who brings experience in web, ecomm, data, and dev ops to this expanding organization. The position requires a person who thrives in working not only with the teams developing this new capability but also working with cross-functional teams to create and manage these programs from inception to launch. The role requires a strong technical foundation in system architecture, cloud, data, and SDLC to follow team discussions and lead the coordination efforts needed to resolve obstacles.The person must be experienced in Agile development methodologies using Jira as the common backlog management tool. The work will consist of attending and supporting scrum and other project meetings, providing weekly status reports and presentations, driving action item follow-ups, and managing risks.  This position requires a proactive and methodical candidate who can build strong, productive relationships across multiple remote teams. Responsibilities: Program Planning & Execution Support software and marketing teams in planning and executing the roadmap. Develop detailed schedules and resource requirements Ensure requirements are clearly defined Ensure project documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review. Prepare and present weekly program status to C-level management, communicating progress against deliverables and schedule Metrics & Process Improvement Support the team by reporting schedule, bug, and delivery metrics in Program and Project Reviews Report team velocity, health, and sprint/release progress in recurring program reviews Contribute to continuous improvement on processes, tools, and metrics, proactively initiating changes when needed to ensure effectiveness. Maintain a focus on quality, predictability, scalability, repeatability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction Qualifications: Strong technical foundation in cloud-native architecture and software design processes, with the ability to lead the resolution of technical hurdles and facilitate high-level team dialogues Understand how different systems interact, understand related trade-offs Understand data modeling, high level info about db management systems Strong grasp of Software Development processes and methodologies Experienced in Agile software development methodologies Proven ability to manage and drive multiple complex technical programs simultaneously. The Role We're seeking a senior program manager to lead the sponsor bank partnership and program for Cash App Card and Square Banking deposit products. Reporting to the head of Issuing Bank Program Management/Partnerships, you will own the sponsor bank partnership and be accountable for the outcomes of the bank program. You will hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to SLAs and obligations, and collaborate with internal owners for networks, processors, servicing/Reg E, fraud/risk, compliance and product to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable results. This is a senior level role where you'll be expected to be the voice of the bank partnership, both internally and externally. You will own the bank partnership end-to-end, including gaining approvals for new products and services. Expect to standardize, templatize, and streamline how we work, while continuously improving with a builder's mindset. You Will Own the bank program and outcomes: Serve as the single-threaded leader for the sponsor bank relationship and program; define and run the engagement model (governance, SLAs, decision rights, change control), ensure obligations are met, and be accountable for program performance, partner satisfaction, and partnership health. Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship, increase partner value, and create efficiencies and improvements, both internally and externally. Program governance and accountability: Design and implement clear RACI, intake processes, and cadenced forums (steercos, weekly ops, and QBRs with scorecards). Hold internal and external stakeholders to commitments and timelines. Establish decision-making frameworks that enable speed while maintaining rigor. Program execution: Own the end-to-end program delivery lifecycle. Ensure bank notifications and approvals for incidents and program changes, including new products and services; coordinate remediation, approvals, and evidence capture across all work streams. Maintain a comprehensive requirements and obligations tracker-you own the process, timeline, and results.

• Oversees the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers • Implements, manages, and administers all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within AWS/Azure • Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates for customer projects • Serves as the liaison with C2E customers on operational matters

• Own the integrated program plan across Operating Model, Tooling, Functional Execution, Operational Readiness, and KPI/Reporting workstreams; manage milestones, interdependencies, critical path, and resourcing. • Coordinate across global functions (Sales, Product, Services Onboarding, Custody, Funds, Securities Finance, CitiService/Coverage, Technology, and Utilities) to ensure synchronized design and implementation. • Establish and run the governance cadence: prepare materials for ExCo, Steering Committee, Operating Committee, and workstream forums; maintain RAID, decision logs, action tracking, and escalation pathways. • Drive delivery of a unified Target Operating Model (TOM) and supporting SOPs, RACI, process maps, and controls; ensure consistent sign-offs and auditability. • Lead implementation of Single Intake & Deal Management, including landing slots, triage/prioritization mechanisms, and standardized mobilization practices. • Oversee development and adoption of standardized product catalogues detailing services, platforms, reporting formats, data requirements, and transfer mechanisms. • Partner with Technology to deliver integrated workflow and tooling improvements, including automation, data/process quality controls, status tracking, and reporting dashboards. • Ensure operational readiness: training, procedure rewrites, readiness criteria, test frameworks, connectivity/migration coordination, and cutover planning with minimal BAU disruption. • Implement a harmonized change management framework to manage analysis, delivery, testing, documentation, and transition to BAU across Investor Services lines. • Own the central KPI & reporting framework: define metrics, deliver dashboards and thematic insights, and enable continuous improvement across onboarding performance and lifecycle. • Drive the adoption and implementation roadmap, including phased rollout, resource planning, risk/control updates, and post-implementation stabilization. • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
