UX/UI Designer
FCamara Consulting & Training
• Participate in discovery, workshops, and journey mapping. • Translate business problems and user needs into digital solutions. • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and mid- to high-fidelity interfaces. • Evolve and maintain the product Design System and visual standards. • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure solution quality and feasibility. • Conduct continuous validations and refinements based on feedback and data. • Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, design, and documentation activities. • Support building a culture focused on experimentation and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Hands-on experience with Figma AI.
- Frequent use of Claude as a supporting tool throughout the design and product cycle.
- Experience using Lovable for prototyping and accelerating discovery.
- Knowledge of UX Research, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
- Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems.
- Ability to conduct low- and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Strong communication skills and ease working in multidisciplinary environments.
- Ability to manage priorities while working on two projects simultaneously.

Post University is seeking experienced, engaging, and student-focused Associate Faculty to teach online courses within our First-Year Experience (FYE) program.
