Associate Faculty foster learning environments where students feel supported, motivated, and connected to the university community. Through intentional teaching, coaching, and relationship-building in and out of the classroom, they help students develop the skills, confidence, and sense of belonging needed to persist academically and grow into workforce-ready, socially responsible learners. Post University is seeking experienced, engaging, and student-focused Associate Faculty to teach online courses within our First-Year Experience (FYE) program. These courses are designed to support new students in building foundational skills for academic success, personal development, and career exploration. - Promote the exchange of knowledge through discussion, reflection, and collaboration - Expand students’ thinking about themselves, their goals, and their future careers - Refine practical, academic, and professional skills essential for college and the workforce - Provide personalized guidance and consistent encouragement - Cultivate belonging, motivation, and engagement within the university community Associate Faculty serve as educators, mentors, and motivators, helping students connect coursework to real-world applications and career pathways while reinforcing that they are capable, valued members of the Post University community. Faculty are expected to provide active facilitation, timely feedback, proactive outreach, and individualized support for first-year and first-generation students. The First-Year Program is building a pool of Associate Faculty to teach courses such as: - FYE110 The Empowered Learner: Habits for Success - FYE120 Effective Communication Skills - FYE130 TechTools & Digital Citizenship - FYE130 College Writing: Finding Your Voice Responsibilities - Facilitate engaging, discussion-driven online learning experiences that promote participation, reflection, and growth - Provide personalized guidance and timely feedback that supports academic progress and career connections - Proactively monitor student progress and conduct outreach to at-risk students - Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment - Integrate real-world applications and career connections into coursework - Support students’ development of academic, personal, and professional skills - Collaborate with the academic and student support team to support holistic support for students Qualifications - Master's degree in psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field required - Minimum of 3 years of online teaching experience (Blackboard LMS preferred) - Experience working with first-generation, adult, or non-traditional students Preferred Qualifications - Experience teaching First Year Experience (FYE) or student success courses - Background in coaching, advising, mentoring, or student development - Familiarity with evidence-based student success practices Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong online facilitation and engagement skills - Ability to build rapport and motivate first-year learners - Commitment to supporting the development of socially responsible, career-ready learners - Effective communication and feedback practices - Comfort with multimedia and interactive teaching approaches Type Part-time

**You will:** - Build and maintain features across the Midnite iOS app using Swift and modern iOS frameworks - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define, build, and ship new features - Develop intuitive, high-quality user experiences using SwiftUI and UIKit - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues - Contribute to a clean, scalable, and well-structured codebase following MVVM-C architecture principles - Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and stability - Support CI/CD processes and help improve development workflows using tools such as Fastlane and CircleCI - Help maintain high standards for code quality, organisation, and testing across the iOS platform

• Embed within Core Shopping workstreams including browse, search, item detail, cart, and checkout. • Act as a bridge between product teams and the design language system. • Partner with product designers to explore and develop new interaction patterns. • Evolve the design language through product work. • Define and refine UI components, layouts, and patterns with high craft level. • Set a high bar for visual quality and interaction design. • Drive cohesion, continuity, and consistency across end-to-end journeys. • Accelerate the team with reusable flows, templates, and prototypes. • Lead high-impact initiatives end to end when needed. • Introduce and evolve new ways of working across design, product, and engineering.

• Embed within Core Shopping workstreams including browse, search, item detail, cart, and checkout to elevate visual and interaction quality, stewarding patterns that improve clarity, trust, and speed for customers at every step of their journey. • Act as a bridge between product teams and the design language system, ensuring new components and patterns are thoughtfully explored, validated, and integrated back into the system without fragmentation. • Partner with product designers to explore and develop new interaction patterns, modules, and components before scaling them across the system, from real-time availability states to substitution logic to transactional confidence signals. • Evolve the design language through product work, shaping components, patterns, and interaction models that scale across surfaces and teams. • Define and refine UI components, layouts, and patterns with a high level of craft, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and consistency across complex, high-density catalog environments. • Set a high bar for visual quality and interaction design, influencing how interfaces look, feel, and behave across the product, with special attention to how customers perceive trust and ease in transactional moments. • Drive cohesion, continuity, and consistency across end-to-end journeys, ensuring experiences feel connected and intuitive from first browse to final checkout. • Accelerate the team with reusable flows, templates, and code-adjacent prototypes; partner with engineers to ensure feasible, accessible, and performant implementations. • Lead high-impact initiatives end to end when needed, from problem framing and exploration through interactive prototyping, delivery, and launch, driving alignment with PM, engineering, data science, and brand partners. • Introduce and evolve new ways of working across design, product, and engineering, using shared artifacts to improve clarity, speed, and alignment. • Apply modern AI tools in daily workflows and within our internal Design Lab to explore motion, image generation, and code-driven prototypes that unlock new, scalable patterns.
