On se connecte aux flux financiers de nos clients et leur proposons un outil de pilotage et de gestion qui leur facilite la vie. En tant que PrM chez Pennylane, ton rôle comprendra 3 grandes dimensions : - Relation client : - Tu es l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des cabinets comptables. - Tu t’assures d’une communication efficace avec ton client. - Tu seras en mesure de détecter le ou les potentiel(s) ambassadeur(s). - Tu comprends leurs enjeux et fais preuve de fiabilité et de proactivité. - Gestion de projet : - Tu es le principal point de contact du cabinet qui organise la phase de déploiement. - Tu dois avoir la connaissance de l’écosystème comptable. - Tu organises, coordonnes et contrôles toutes les activités liées au projet. - Gestion des ressources : - Tu fais le pont entre les équipes “projet” des cabinets et les équipes de Pennylane. - Tu supervises les équipes et alloues les ressources nécessaires. Qualifications - Tu as une expérience en cabinet d’expertise comptable, audit et/ou cabinet de consulting. - Tu as des bonnes bases comptables sans pour autant être un(e) expert(e). - Tu aimes bien la technologie. - Tu es doté(e) d’un esprit critique et analytique aiguisé. - Tu as le goût du challenge et es orienté(e) résultats. - Tu recherches un environnement de travail stimulant au sein d’une entreprise reconnue et en pleine croissance. • Ensure that the Private Label credit payment settlements for all relevant transactions are recorded and received by Best Buy within the expected timeframe. • Identify transactions with payment variances, collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve payment variances for Private Label credit. • Utilize reporting data from various systems to investigate payment discrepancies and to identify payment variance patterns. • Investigate payment overages with no supporting invoices. • Investigate and respond to Private Label cards and Best Buy gift cards related inquiries received in respective shared group email boxes. • Assist with transactional reconciliations related to other methods of payment such as Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Amex. • Prepare and post journal entries to write off reconciling variances and record other corrections as required.
• Coordinate the month-end and quarter-end close process for the International accounting team, ensuring alignment of deliverables with corporate deadlines and timely tracking and reporting of issues • Support month-end and quarter-end close for international entities, including preparation or review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis • Review monthly transfer pricing calculations and ensure the monthly entries are accurately recorded for the International entities • Drive consistency and quality across the International accounting team, including tracking and reporting of key performance indicators to management • Own the secondary ledger close and related processes to ensure best in class use and to ensure there is a value add impact on statutory reporting • Work with consolidations team to investigate issues and discrepancies related to intercompany • Support on technical accounting impacts when transactions or issues occur, through independent investigation, as well as collaboration with other key stakeholders • Participate and lead automation and improvement projects, ensuring international specific concerns are raised • Work with and support other operational accounting teams, such as payroll, AR, and AP, as the need arises • Assist with US GAAP and statutory audits for international entities, including preparation of supporting schedules and documentation, reviewing financial statements, and managing audit requests • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
