• Take full ownership with limited supervision of the talent sourcing processes and talent experiences. • Craft and implement an effective sourcing strategy to find and engage key talents in various markets. • Build talent pipelines of interactive marketers, creatives, events specialists, content strategists, social media experts, creative technologists and others who build a bridge between creative, content and technology. • Manage day-to-day candidate sourcing activities through key recruitment marketing tools (e.g. Linkedin, Boolean search, Workable) to find and secure talents qualified for current and upcoming roles. • Manage interview arrangements for talents, including but not limited to scheduling interviews. • Create and develop a strong network of potential talents in the market and for future business expansions. • Provide market insights by creating and presenting related reports to the team to help improve the hiring process & recruiting KPIs. • Drafting job descriptions to help attract talents and clearly depict roles and responsibilities while posting these advertisements on market-specific and relevant job portals. • Screen resumes to determine fit based on the requirements of the positions.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Candidate Sourcer/Researcher at a marketing / advertising / digital agency or within a recruitment consultancy.
- Proven network of marketing and creative talents in APAC.
- Experience sourcing for the region or globally is highly desirable.
- Fully dedicated to ensuring a positive talent experience through the sourcing to the interviewing process.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your own performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Positive mindset with impeccable influencing and consulting skills.
- Excellent relationship builder with the ability to network and drive referrals both internally and within the market
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, requiring little supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across APAC.

Role Description Are you an experienced and highly autonomous Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking for a unique opportunity to provide meaningful, high-level clinical support to seniors while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance? Seniority Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician to serve in a combined On-Call and Provider of the Day role supporting our geriatric population and clinical teams. This fully remote position follows a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, offering flexibility and extended time off while allowing you to make a substantial impact across our organization. This unique clinical support role combines Provider of the Day responsibilities with after-hours On-Call coverage for a high-risk geriatric population. - Serve as the central clinical support provider for the organization during your scheduled week on. - Assist field providers, address urgent patient concerns, conduct telemedicine visits, manage remote clinical needs, and ensure continuity of care across the practice. - Telemedicine care includes both scheduled and urgent same-day patient evaluations. - This position does not include management of a primary patient panel or routine clinic responsibilities. - Ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys problem-solving, acute clinical decision-making, virtual care delivery, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment. Provider of the Day Responsibilities - Conduct telemedicine visits for acute and urgent patient concerns. - Manage same-day virtual evaluations to help prevent unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations. - Review urgent clinical issues, laboratory and diagnostic results, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care. - Support providers and nursing staff with acute care questions, treatment recommendations, and escalated triage concerns. - Manage medication refill requests and other time-sensitive clinical needs. - Assist with transitions of care and hospital discharge follow-up. - Facilitate timely patient communication and overall care coordination. - Support clinical workflow needs across the practice while collaborating closely with providers, nurses, and operational staff.
