Client Onboarding Specialist, AI Tools

The Hello Team

• Conduct onboarding meetings with new clients via Zoom • Guide clients through the intake process and onboarding forms • Gather client requirements and communicate key information to the internal team • Explain AI solutions, processes, and expectations in a clear, client-friendly manner • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their onboarding experience • Maintain accurate client records and onboarding information within CRM and internal systems • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process • Follow up with clients to gather required information and keep onboarding on track • Assist with customer support inquiries and ongoing client communication as needed • Learn and maintain a basic understanding of the company's AI solutions and services • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in intake, onboarding, customer service, or a client-facing role
  • Ability to conduct professional Zoom meetings independently
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technology-related concepts to clients
  • Comfortable discussing AI tools and technology
  • Highly organized, dependable, and professional
  • Experience with or knowledge of AI tools and technologies is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
