• Be the business partner for some of the business unit stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, R&D) for both NA and EU • Prepare and monitor departmental expenses • Create ad-hoc analysis on product margin, price increase, etc. • Develop business models to reflect current and future business needs • Prepare and maintain monthly rolling forecast and provide actual vs. budget and target analyses with explanation • Assess and track key performance indicators and perform trend analysis to build sound forecasting • Assist in the preparation of the 3Yrs Plan and on the annual budget • Assist on M&A as required

• Prepare the monthly accounts and reconcile balance sheet and sub-ledger accounts • Responsible for month end close of assigned subsidiaries to strict deadlines • Responsible for revenue recognition including deferred revenue • Prepare P&L variance analysis for assigned subsidiaries • Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts in a timely manner • Support the project teams with tasks for process improvement and change • Support audit requests as needed • Provide accounting support for management in financial analysis, budgeting and other reporting

• Conduct complex financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis • Lead the annual bottom-up budgeting process • Develop and maintain sophisticated rolling forecasts • Execute rigorous variance reporting by analyzing monthly actuals against budget • Establish and monitor critical business health KPIs • Leverage AI-driven methodologies for predictive trend analysis • Architect and manage dynamic dashboards for cross-functional partners

• Support backend data operations and assist with data integration, quality checks, and operational flows • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using APIs, SFTP, and third-party integrations • Extract and transform Salesforce data to support B2B funnel reporting and attribution • Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and document ETL logic and data models • Validate data and investigate discrepancies across sources and pipelines • Contribute to reusable datasets and maintain data warehouse hygiene
